Lower Bracket from Handle

The Lower bracket which held a vertical wooden handle in place on a trolley car.  Several H&F cars used these handles.  It is unknown what car these were used on however they accompanied items removed from H&F #172.  The paint on the bracket is not original and was likely added by Mr. James to represent H&F colors.
