1933 Employee Pass #251 – Roy Koogle

This pass was provided to dispatcher Roy J. Koogle and allowed him unlimited access to ride H&F trolleys.  Upon boarding he would simply be required to sign a small slip with his name and pass number which the motorman would turn in instead of a ticket or fare.
